Patchstack Hardening Settings

When using Workover with a site that is connected to Patchstack, you need to make sure that the Hardening settings are configured to allow Workover to make the necessary connections to your site.

In your Patchstack dashboard, under Sites > example.com > Hardening > General, ensure that these options are disabled:

  1. Disable user enumeration to block users from identifying your usernames
  2. Block WordPress application password feature

Once those are disabled, you should be able to connect your site, or if this issue is on an existing site, select an author when syncing your content to WordPress.
